Can the Bundleme be washed?
Answer: The Bundleme can be machine washed. It must be laundered correctly in order to ensure longevity of the product. Please be sure to follow washing instructions on the care content label and/or listed below:
Arctic Bundleme: Machine wash warm separately. Tumble dry low.
Original Bundleme: Machine wash warm separately. Tumble dry low.
Urban Bundleme: Machine wash warm separately. Tumble dry low.
Lite Bundleme: Machine wash warm separately. Lay flat to dry.

Answer: There are no specific temperature recommendations for the Bundleme. However, as a helpful suggestion, keep in mind that the Original Bundleme is intended to be used in place of a coat or snowsuit. The Lite Bundleme is intended to replace a light jacket.

What is the difference between the Original Bundleme and the Urban Bundleme and Weather-Resistant Bundleme?
Answer: The Original Bundleme and the Urban Bundleme are both intended to be used in place of a coat or snow suit in cold winter conditions. They have the same function and are intended to be used in comparable temperature ranges. The most distinct difference between the two is that the Urban Bundleme has a wind and water resistant outer shell. There is also a hidden pocket on the top panel of the Urban which can hold pacifiers, a checkbook, a small toy, diaper wipes or any other item that needs to be conveniently stowed away. The Weather-Resistant Bundleme is most similar to the Original Bundleme in its style and warmth, the only difference being the outer, weather-resistant shell. Both the Urban and Weather-Resistant have similar protecting shells. The difference is that the Urban has a quilted look and the Weather-Resistant allows for prints on the outer shell.

How do I return an item that I bought direct from www.jjcolecollections.com?
To receive a refund your return must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date UPS delivers the package to you. All returned merchandise must be unused with original ticketing & tags attached. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All Online Returns must be sent back to our warehouse, located in Dyersville, Iowa.
All Internet returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.
Gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or online credit. No refunds.
It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping of unwanted items.
